The Idea

Learning isn't just studying, it's about work experience. I am studying marketing and my partner is studying food-science. As freshmen, we are both frustrated by college curriculum; we will start a 1 month pop-up restaurant to learn about entrepreneurship, marketing and the restaurant industry!

The Plan

In 1 month, we will learn about all aspects of business at breakneck pace. We will, 1. Conduct market research to dertermine our target demographics. 2. Create a business plan for the launch and calculate financies
3. Read books and talk to restaurant owners to learn about our customers and how to operate a restaurant.
4. Negotiate with business owners and restaurant suppliers to find a restaurant location and ingredients.
5. Create our own original menu based on research and reading.

How will you share your learning plan with the community?

We will make the entire process transparent through a blog and constantly reach out to the community through social media. Interested students and entrepreneurs will be able to follow our process step by step and learn every step along side us and help us solve our problems along the way.
